KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) may build the proposed Baleh and Baram hydroelectric dams simultaneously to meet the “exceptionally” strong demand for power from industries in Bintulu’s Samalaju Industrial Park within the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (Score).
Group chief executive officer Datuk Torstein Dale Sjotveit said SEB was ready should the Sarawak government require it to implement the two projects simultaneously.
