KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Edgenta Bhd
has teamed up with Resource Data Management (RDM) UK's unit RDM Asia Sdn Bhd to set up and operate a private limited company in Malaysia with a paid-up capital of RM1mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, UEM Edgenta said that the joint-venture (JV) company would offer energy management services, remote monitoring and control solutions.
