Ikhmas Jaya makes strong debut

KUALA LUMPUR: Bore piling and bridge specialist Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd staged a strong debut on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia amid weaker market sentiment.

At 5pm yesterday, shares in the company closed 25 sen higher at 82 sen, with 171.58 million shares traded hands. The company was also the most actively traded stock on the local bourse.
