PETALING JAYA: Former Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) president and CEO Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas has been appointed chairman of MMC Corp Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said Shamsul had joined the board of MMC as non-executive independent chairman.
