KUALA LUMPUR: Xin Hwa Holdings Bhd, which made its debut on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia yesterday, will expand its existing businesses as a total logistics provider.

Its initial public offering involved an public issue and offer for sale of 37.78 million new shares and 16.22 million existing shares, all totalling 54 million shares, at an issue price of 70 sen per share.
