Gamuda JV to buy land in Singapore


KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Bhd, in a joint venture with Evia Real Estate (7) Pte Ltd and Maxdin Pte Ltd, will acquire 12,154.6 sq m leasehold land in Toa Payoh, Singapore, for S$345.86mil (RM967.2mil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Gamuda said the Gamuda-Evia-Maxdin joint venture had on June 23, obtained the approval from the Housing Development Board of Singapore to acquire the land.
