KUALA LUMPUR: Tanjung Offshore Bhd (TOB) has lodged a police report and a formal complaint to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on three deals done by the previous board.
The oil and gas integrated service provider, which revamped its board of directors earlier this year, told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it had lodged a police report on an ethylene propylene diene monomec (EPDM) project in China and a failed chromite mining project in the Philippines.
