KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit closed lower against the US dollar on Wednesday following the expectation the Federal Reserve will increase its interest rates, a dealer said.
At 5 pm, the local note was quoted at 3.7510/7540 against the greenback on Wednesday, from 3.7375/7405 on Tuesday.
