PETALING JAYA: Conglomerate DRB-Hicom Bhd
and its wholly-owned subsidiary and national car manufacturer Proton Holdings Bhd have proposed to form a long-term strategic collaboration and partnership with Suzuki Motor Corp of Japan.
In its filings with Bursa Malaysia, DRB-Hicom said the three companies signed a memorandum of understanding and licence agreement yesterday.
