MAHB passenger traffic up 9.5%


KUALA LUMPUR: Passenger traffic at Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd’s (MAHB) airports, including Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, grew by 9.5% to 9.54 million in May from 8.71 million passengers a year ago.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, MAHB said domestic traffic recorded a double-digit growth of 13.4% with 5.4 million passengers while international traffic achieved 4.1 million passengers, an increase of 4.8% from last year. — Bernama
