Biosis shares to be suspended on June 10

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has rejected Biosis Group Bhd’s proposed regularisation plan, and this has resulted in the suspension of trading in the company’s shares effective June 10, 2015.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Biosis said the company would also be delisted from Bursa Securities on July 7, 2015 if the group did not appeal against the rejection of the regularisation plan and delisting.
