Financial Group Bhd is distributing up to RM320.1mil to entitled shareholders, or approximately RM1.20 per share via a proposed capital reduction and special dividend exercise.
The special dividends are via Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) shares and warrants which are part of the portfolio of securities held under the Libra Strategic Opportunity Fund (LSOF), which is held under ECM Libra.
