Cocoaland mulls a RM463mil takeover proposal after rejecting Navis' offer


KUALA LUMPUR: Cocoaland Holdings Bhd, which recently rejected a takeover offer from Navis Asia VII Management Co Ltd, is now considering an indicative non-binding proposal from First Pacific Company Ltd to acquire all its business and undertaking for RM463.32mil in cash, or RM2.70 per 50 sen share.
