Bank Islam eyes RM2bil fund size


KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Islam (M) Bhd is aiming for a fund size of RM2 billion for the newly launched Waheed Investment Account (WIA Wakalah) and Special Investment Account(Mudarabah) products under the Term Investment Account over the next six months.

Chief Strategy Officer of the Managing Director's Office Hizamuddin Jamalludin said the accounts have targeted among its investors, corporate customers, government agencies, universities and small and medium enterprises.
