CCM rejects Masteel application for extension of time to hold AGM


PETALING JAYA: The Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) has rejected Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd’s (Masteel) application for an extension of time to hold its AGM and table its audited financial statements for the financial year ending Sept 30.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Masteel said CCM had rejected its application for extension via a letter dated May 22, which was received on Tuesday.
