KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak believes Japan can put in a competitive bid for the 300km high-speed rail (HSR) project linking Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
Najib, who is on an official visit to Japan welcomed the country's bid for the project during an exclusive interview with the Nikkei Asian Review.
