PETALING JAYA: Boustead Plantations Bhd
has entered into sale and purchase agreements with two parties to dispose of two parcels of freehold land in Kulaijaya, Johor for RM49mil cash.
The company told the local exchange yesterday the two were Seng Hong Quarry Sdn Bhd and Bentara Gemilang Industries Sdn Bhd. Boustead Plantations said the company expected to realise a gain of RM38mil from the sale of the 88ha.
