Plenitude’s offer fair, says TA Research


KUALA LUMPUR: : Property developer Plenitude Bhd’s offer of RM1.25 per share or RM278.84mil for the The Nomad Group Bhd (TNGB) is fair and reasonable, according to an independent advice circular from TA Securities Holdings Bhd.

TA Securities has also recommended shareholders to “accept” the offer.
