KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kitaran Lintan Sdn Bhd, is buying 20 land parcels from Choo Chek Juan in Kota Tinggi, Johor worth RM28.3mil.
“The freehold land area of 140.8 acres are located along Jalan Kota Tinggi and Pengerang, in an area zoned for housing. The land is located two km from the Kota Tinggi town centre with 60% of the area planted with ageing oil palm trees,” AmResearch said.
