KUALA LUMPUR: Scan Associates has obtained a court order to restrain Bursa Malaysia Securiities’ directive that it had triggered the Guidance Note 3 rules based on the company’s results for the fourth quarter of FY2014.
It said on Tuesday the regulator had on May 8 issued the directive to it make an announcement of the GN3 status after triggering rules rules 2.1(b) and (c) of the Guidance Note 3.
