Redtone's Q3 profit drops by about one-third

KUALA LUMPUR: Redtone International Bhd’s net profit fell 36.8% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM3.15mil in the third quarter ended Feb 28 due to a drop in project revenues and higher costs.

The integrated telecommunications solutions provider told Bursa Malaysia on Thursday that the quarter just ended was a low quarter historically due to the festive periods (year-end, Christmas through to Chinese New Year) but this year it experienced a slight growth.
