IHH close to taking 60% stake in India’s Global Hospitals - Times of India

MUMBAI: IHH Healthcare Bhd is very close to acquiring a controlling stake in Global Hospitals Group, India’s fourth largest healthcare network, for 1,000 crore rupees (RM558.4mil), the Times of India (TOI) reported online on Thursday.
