CapitaMalls posts flat Q1 net profit

PETALING JAYA: CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust’s (CMMT) net profit for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015, was flat at RM38.24mil compared with RM38.19mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue was marginally higher at RM80.98mil compared with RM78.97mil a year earlier.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, CMMT said the higher revenue was mainly due to contribution from East Coast Mall, which had completed its two-year asset enhancement works.
