KUALA LUMPUR: Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), which make up 96% of businesses in Asean, would benefit from the establishment of a regional SME bank, according to Asean Business Advisory Council Malaysia (Asean-BAC) chairman Tan Sri Munir Majid.
He said the bank should also support micro businesses.
