PETALING JAYA: More minority shareholders of Integrax Bhd are likely to throw their support behind the takeover offer by Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) now that Amin Halim Rasip has decided to dispose of his shares, according to analysts.
The analysts pointed out that Amin would not be making a voluntary general offer, adding that TNB was unlikely to offer a higher price, as the utility giant’s shareholding in Integrax had reached more than 50%, making its offer unconditional.
