Amin takes legal action against Perak Corp

PETALING JAYA: Amin Halim Rasip, who is battling Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s (TNB) attempt to take over Integrax Bhd, says he has commenced legal action against Perak Corp Bhd and its directors who had earlier rejected his offer to purchase the company’s Integrax shares.

“I have also commenced legal action against Perak Corp and its directors in respect of due care, diligence with the judgement to be exercised always in the best interest of all Perak Corp shareholders,” he added.
