PETALING JAYA: Property developer, TA Global Bhd is acquiring 76.82ha in Bandar Serendah, Selangor, for RM106.86mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary Metro Ingenious Sdn Bhd had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Europlus Corporation Sdn Bhd to acquire two pieces of freehold commercial land located in seksyen 20, Bandar Serendah, Daerah Ulu Selangor in Selangor. TA Global said the proposed acquisition would be funded with internal funds and borrowings.
