KUALA LUMPUR: Eternal Icon Sdn Bhd has proposed to issue up to RM87mil in debt notes, a commercial real estate-backed transaction sponsored by Plaza 33 Sdn Bhd, which owns the Plaza 33 building in Petaling Jaya.
RAM Rating Services had on Thursday assigned a rating of AAA/Stable to the senior medium term notes (MTN) to be issued by Eternal Icon.
