Saga heats up

PETALING JAYA: Drama continues to unfold at Tanjung Offshore Bhd with a group of minority shareholders, who collectively own a 6% share, filing a police report alleging irregularities in the company’s Birmingham property deal.

In a statement, Michael Azizeu, who said he represented 23 minority shareholders in Tanjung Offshore, said the company had breached listing rules as documents filed on the deal on Bursa Malaysia last March differed from those in January this year.
