PETALING JAYA: Tanjung Offshore Bhd is seeking RM270mil in damages from seven individuals who are in the process of convening a shareholders’ meeting to remove three of the company’s directors.
The company and the three independent directors - George William Warren Jr, Datuk Ab Wahab Ibrahim and Shahrizal Hisham Abdul Halim - have commenced civil action in the High Court of Malaya against the defendants (the seven individuals) for defamation.
