Brahim’s in talks to buy local food and beverage company


KUALA LUMPUR: Brahim’s Holdings Bhd said it is currently in negotiations to acquire a local food and beverage (F&B) company.

“However, at this juncture, terms and conditions of the proposed acquisition have yet to be agreed upon. Once the terms and conditions have been agreed and an agreement has been executed for the proposed acquisition, the company shall make an immediate announcement, which shall be in compliance with the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities,” Brahim’s said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
