PETALING JAYA: Several property-related organisations have said that the monthly maintenance and sinking fund charges that owners of stratified development areas have to bear will see an increase of between 3% and 6% post-goods and services tax (GST), and not 10% or more as had been reported recently.
They said this “10% is rather exaggerated”.
