PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd
(TNB) has raised the offer price for its takeover of Integrax Bhd by 50 sen to RM3.25 per share, a move which came hot on the heels after two major shareholders of the port operator openly rejected the original price of RM2.75.
Just two days to go before the offer closes, TNB revised for the remaining 77.8% of the shares it does not own in Integrax and extended the offer period until March 31.
