Private equity Creador invests in India’s PC Jeweller


PETALING JAYA: Private equity firm Creador II LLC is investing US$21.7mil for a minority stake in PC Jeweller Ltd, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India.

The investment, which is via Creador’s affiliate Idria Ltd, is its sixth in India. This brought its total investments in South-East Asia and India to 15, the private equity firm said in a statement yesterday.
