KUALA LUMPUR: Automotive component producer, Ingress Corporation Bhd (ICB), has signed a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Katayama Kogyo Co Ltd. Japan, to establish a RM46mil research and development (R and D) and manufacturing facility.
It will design, develop and manufacture automotive parts toolings for use in ICBs operating companies as well as reexport to Katayamas operation in Japan and globally.
