TMC to buy owner of medical hub


PETALING JAYA: TMC Life Sciences Bhd will acquire BB Waterfront Sdn Bhd that owns Thomson Iskandar, a medical hub project sited on 1.6ha of freehold land in Johor Baru for RM400mil.

The purchase will be satisfied with the issuance of 533.33 million new TMC shares at 75 sen apiece and 266.66 million free warrants.
