MEGB to sell properties for RM79.7mil


PETALING JAYA: Masterskill Education Group Bhd’s (MEGB) wholly-owned subsidiary Masterskill (M) Sdn Bhd (MMSB), which is seeing the entry of new shareholders, is disposing of its property assets here and in Masai, Johor to a private company controlled by outgoing major shareholder Siva Kumar M. Jeyapalan for RM79.7mil.

Simultaneously, MMSB had also entered into an agreement with the private company – Brilland Property Sdn Bhd – for the lease of one of the properties in Johor for 10 years.
