LPI Capital proposes 1-for-2 bonus after FY14 earnings jump 40%


KUALA LUMPUR: LPI Capital Bhd has proposed a one-for-two bonus shares after the insurer posted a 40.5% jump in earnings to RM283.02mil in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2014.

It said yesterday the proposed bonus Issue would entail the issuance of 110.66 million bonus shares. It expects the corporate exercise to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2015.
