Integrax to consider Amin’s request for dividend payments

PETALING JAYA: The board of port operator Integrax Bhd will consider dividend payments based on the financial performance recorded during the previous financial year, taking into consideration its cash flow and capital expenditure requirements.

It said this in a Bursa Malaysia filing in response to StarBiz’s story yesterday, which said that its single largest shareholder Amin Halim Rasip had proposed a 15 sen dividend payout to reward shareholders.
