CIMB, Tenaga drag KLCI amid mixed market


KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI was among the worst performers among the key regional markets on Tuesday as crude oil extended its decline amid a mixed market while funds sold CIMB and Tenaga Nasional.

At Bursa Malaysia, CIMB fell 14 sen to RM5.81 and erased 2.06 points from the KLCI. However, Maybank added 13 sen to RM8.92 and pushed the index up 2.12 points while Public Bank gained 12 sen to RM17.76 and AmBank four sen to RM6.48.
