PETALING JAYA: Fresh talks of shareholding changes have emerged at stockbroker Apex Equity Holdings Bhd, which has seen rumblings among key shareholders since 2012.

Sources said that an in-principle agreement had been reached for the sale of a substantial stake between two parties but the transaction had yet to be made.
