KUALA LUMPUR: After bucking the buoyant trend in the regional markets yesterday and closing in the red, the FBM KLCI reversed six sessions of losses in morning trade on Thursday, adding 0.79% at the break, with MISC and Tenaga leading the charge.
The market was also boosted by the rebound overnight on Wall Street, following strong private sector jobs data and assurance from the Federal Reserve that it was not quite ready to raise interest rates just yet.
