MAHB finalises Turkey airport acquisition


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% equity stake in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (ISG) and LGM Havalimani Isletmeleri Ticaret ve Turizm (LGM) for 279.23 million euros (RM1.176bil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MAHB said the total cash consideration for ISG had been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the sale and purchase agreement from 285 million euros (RM1.2bil) to 279.23 million euros (RM1.176bil).
