Bursa reprimands Komarkcorp

PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has publicly reprimanded Komarkcorp Bhd for failing to provide clear and timely explanation on the accounting adjustments made in its financial statement for the year ended April 30, 2013 (FY13).

The exchange said that Komark’s fourth-quarter report for FY13 had failed to take into account the adjustments in the company’s announcement dated Aug 30, 2013.
