IJM-KEB JV wins West Coast Expressway contract


PETALING JAYA: A joint-venture made up of diversified companies IJM Corp Bhd and Kumpulan Europlus Bhd (KEB) has been awarded a contract to undertake and complete the construction works for the West Coast Expressway.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, IJM Corp said the joint-venture accepted the letter of award yesterday from West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd (WCE) to be the engineering, procurement and construction contractor to undertake and complete the construction works for the West Coast Expressway (Taiping – Banting) for an amount not exceeding RM5.044bil.
