HLB improves digital banking platform

KUALA LUMPUR: Banking on the 63% smartphone users among Malaysians and a 3.5 million Hong Leong Bank Bhd (HLB) current and saving account holders, the lender has further enhanced its digital brand, Hong Leong Connect.

Its chief operating officer (digital innovation and transactional banking) Raja Teh Maimunah said that moving with times and creating great customer experience was crucial in retaining existing customers and attracting new customers.
