UEM Sunrise records strong take-up rate for Melbourne property


KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd reported more than 95% of the total residential units at its Aurora Melbourne Central in Australia were snapped up within two weeks since the launch. 

The project is Melbourne's only residential development with direct underground connection to the rail network as well as the CBD's largest continuous retail precinct comprising the Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, GPO and the Bourke Street Mall.
