Felda partners ECERDC to develop Kuantan land

KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd has partnered with the East Coast Economic Region Development Council to explore a potential investment opportunity of a piece of land in Kuantan.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, the group said the three-acre plot of land in Kuantan Integrated Biopark is for the setting up of a non-methylation extraction process plant to produce Tocotrienols (Vitamin E).

The agreement, signed by Felda's unit Felda Global Ventures Downstream Sdn Bhd is for two years.
