WZ Satu to acquire O&G firm


PETALING JAYA: Steel manufacturer WZ Satu Bhd is proposing to acquire oil and gas (O&G) contractor UBF Maintenance Sdn Bhd for RM79mil, to be satisfied via the issuance of new shares and cash.

The RM79mil would comprise of RM39.5mil cash, with the balance of RM39.5mil being satisfied via the issuance of 17.48 million new WZ Satu shares at RM2.26 per share.
