Kinsteel, Perwaja get notice on suspension


Loss-making Kinsteel and its associate company Perwaja had missed the deadline of Oct 31, in submitting their annual audited accounts.

PETALING JAYA: Kinsteel Bhd and Perwaja Holdings Bhd have been notified that trading in their shares would be suspended from Nov 10 if they do not submit their outstanding annual audited financial statements this week.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, if Kinsteel and Perwaja were unable to submit their audited financial statement for the year ended June 30, on or before Nov 7, the trading in the companies’ shares would be suspended from the next trading day until further notice.
